Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, the ProGlove Product Marketing Manager is responsible for providing product line support for marketing program strategy, sales & channel support. This position requires collaboration with sales, customer success, and product management, to ensure that all marketing programs accurately reflects the power and benefit of our products and solutions.


  • Develop market requirements document to create business case for ProGlove’s hardware/software products
  • Design product positioning materials & training for sales & customer service
  • Envision and implement product launches for all online/offline channels
  • Work with cross functional team to define customer journeys and buying processes
  • Identify lead generation opportunities and create marketing collateral such as whitepapers, data sheets, FAQ, feature/benefit sheets, case studies, etc.
  • Develop sales scripts, presentations, proposals, and related Go-To-Market packaging
  • Collaborate with PR and Social to secure coverage of product lines
  • Complete competitive analysis and provide insights and strategies to strengthen our position
  • Capture and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics & ROI
  • Support channel partners with program development, training, collateral, and best practices
  • Actively participate in events & promotions to drive awareness and demand for ProGlove’s products

Job Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing
  • Experience in wearables, warehouse management or IoT a significant plus
  • Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales, and development processes
  • Strong project management, leadership, training & sales support skills
  • Ability to develop relationships and work with senior level executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel as required
