We are looking for a Team Leader of Sales Development team in Belgrade, to work on a global market.​

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide, onboard and provide work direction and support to the team on processes and procedures related to inbound and outbound sales prospecting​
  • Collaborate with senior sales managers to set sales and lead generation strategies and KPIs​
  • Lead team workload and guide in prioritization to meet or exceed all assigned market objectives and goals​
  • Provide feedback through effective evaluation practices, ensure team members are developing their skills, improving both team and individual success​
  • Act as the important source of knowledge about ProGlove SDR efforts.​



QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years of top-performing sales experience​
  • At least 1 year of sales management experience or similar experience managing other SDRs​
  • Track record of bringing new hardware and/or software technologies to market​
  • Top tier communications skills, written and spoken, in English​
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or other similar prospecting applications ​
