Our customers are Fortune 500 automotive, aerospace, trade and logistics market leaders, including BMW and Chrysler. After gaining significant traction in the German and European market we are expanding to the North American market.

You are an entrepreneur and eager to do everything necessary to grow a successful US company. You will work directly with a founder to execute the US market entry. Therefore, you need persistence, reliability and prior US experience to establish a long term successful US entity. Your responsibility is to design, create and grow the north American sales team


  • 5+ years technology sales / business development experience, preferably in enterprise analytics technology
  • Scaling revenue from six digits to $10MM+ within a few years
  • Demonstrated success leading, growing and developing organizations for sustained top results
  • Experience in recruiting & building a sales team


  • Develop Key Customers to Key Accounts to build the Customer Role model for the team
  • Lead of the North American sales team and represent ProGlove at customer sites and events (trade shows, conferences)
  • Define the optimal sales force structure and hire and develop sales staff
  • Track, analyze and communicate pipeline and business metrics to stakeholders
  • Adapt the European sales process to US needs, design the right strategy with the German management team and execute the strategy hands on
  • Prioritize needs of American customers for internal development
