Your responsibilities include:

  • You align and communicate the strategic direction to the business and support functions
  • You steer and execute selected strategic projects and programs
  • You oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution
  • You prepare and facilitate events hosted by the Senior Management to align leadership teams (e.g. board workshops, RMD workshops, management summits)
  • You prepare concepts, ideas and analyses for the CEO and serve as his sparring partner

You are a great fit if …

  • You have 2-3 years of experience working in strategic management consulting
  • You have a proven track record of successfully driving complex projects on a large and/or global scale
  • You have exceptional professional experience in project management, including working in an interface position handling various stakeholder
  • Your Business Intelligence knowledge is very well founded
  • First experience in Sales Operations would be beneficial
  • You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
