Account Manager - Strategic Partnerships (m/f/d)

ProGlove wants to further expand its global footprint by bringing its ODM business as well as the Strategic Partnerships to the next level.

You'll be part of a dedicated workforce with ties to the sales team and be an important character in our global growth towards building new business.

In your role you are responsible for developing new business with Strategic Partnerships that include fortune 500 industry players as well as enterprise SW solution market leaders. Furthermore you are responsible for account management of the existing ODM business as well as identifying new ODM accounts. Take the opportunity to engage with potential partners and act as an interface towards internal departments to shape our offerings and fit the market needs. In the end you will be responsible for driving our top line.

We see the Strategic Partnerships and ODM business as crucial for the companies success and it is therefore driven by one of our founders.


Your responsibilities include…

  • In partnership with the sales and pre-sales team identify business opportunities with strategic partners.
      • Identify the win-win situation and the USP for these partnerships
      • Develop and grow the revenue through consultative selling and effective relationship building
      • Work hand in hand with our marketing-/, legal-/ and product team to shape ProGlove’s partner landscape
      • You are in charge of Account Growth/Relationship Management, responsible for the revenue and profitability delivered from the ODM business as well as strategic partners

      You are a great fit if …

      • Bachelors degree or equivalent
      • 3-5+ years sales experience in a relevant field
      • Preferably start-up background or similar growth experience
      • Feel comfortable with hyper growth and frequent role changes
      • Knowledge of the enterprise software or hardware market, or interest in the topic, and the ability to learn quickly​
      • Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
      • Being a natural "people person" able to quickly build relationships, either in-person or online with strong organizational skills
      • Strong hunter mentality to drive growth within the partner and customer community​
      • Fluent in speaking and writing English mandatory, fluent in other languages and German is a plus
