Mindset: We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Verification & Test Engineer (m/f/d) to join our hardware development team, who can help take our electronics testing and release quality to the next level. You will be responsible for ensuring that our devices meet rigorous test standards from the initial design phases to mass production. With your strong knowledge in the field, you will challenge the status quo and work independently to define and automate test protocols, design test rigs, and run tests. You will be responsible for testing electronics at a board, product and system level.
Your responsibilities include…
- Designing, documenting, and automating electronic tests and test equipment
- Hands-on testing of our hardware devices throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Defining and implementing production tests with supply chain and EMS partners
- Being the quality gatekeeper for our electrical design releases
- Proactively improving our test and release methodologies
What you need...
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Test Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of proven experience in designing and running tests for mass-produced electronics
- Experience with quality tools and industry best practices
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals, particularly around MCU based battery powered systems
- Some programming knowledge, test automation experience is a plus
- Business fluent in English, German is a plus
