Role description:

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) who is enthusiastic about the Industry 4.0 and wants to be an integral part of producing astonishing insights that support all areas of ProGlove.​

You are analytical and are able to communicate complex problems clearly? When you look at data, are you curious about what lies beneath it? Do you want to take ownership of data from end to end?​

Your responsibilities include…

  • You cultivate strong working relationships at your assigned partners
  • You support and execute channel-driven sales plans with partners, systems engineers, and sales specialists
  • You generate demand among prospects and customers in collaboration with our partners
  • You enable partners to understand and sell our solutions and products
  • You deliver revenue and profitability targets while enhancing partner and customer satisfaction
  • You ensure accuracy of account planning and forecasting across partners, customers and prospects
  • You proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • You lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • You ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • You drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • You proactively recruit new qualifying partners.

You are a great fit if …

  • You have prior experience in the mobility field, rugged hardware experience preferred
  • You have meaningful set of experiences growing sales through partner relationships, preferably 3-5 years
  • You are experienced with enabling and aligning channel partners through demand generation and the sales cycle
  • You can show a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
  • Preferably you already have prior experience in a growth startup
  • You have experience in solution selling
  • A customer-obsessed approach to innovation and quality is a must have
  • You posses a strong hunter mentality to drive growth within the partner community
  • Your strong organizational, planning, communication and negotiation skills show in your everyday approach
