We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and determined Business Development Manager (m/f/x) who is capable of working independently and won’t take no for an answer. You are result-oriented and are experienced selling tools within and around Dallas.

You are communicative, persuasive and love to explore new ways of indirect and direct sales? You want to act as a pioneer in the industry 4.0 and proactively discover new technology on an international plattform?


  • Further development of the sales strategy and company objectives
  • Expansion of new markets and sales channels
  • Generate and qualify new leads by participating in conferences and fairs while also representing ProGlove INC and the entire company
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline and sales forecast
  • Regularly and consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Independently planning and executing customer projects
  • Sales negotiation with customers and partners


  • University degree in any related field such as industrial engineering, business or sales engineering
  • 1-3 years experience as a Business Development Manager in manufacturing and/or logistic with tools, preferably with scanners or wearables
  • Experience in Account Management, Business Development and B2B Contract negotiation
  • Excellent networking and communication skills along with the joy of working with big industries
  • Ability to manage complex accounts and intricate sales activities by selling directly to the decision makers
  • Fluent in English, a valid driving licence and the willingness to travel complete your profile
