Sales Trainer (m/f/d)

ProGlove is on a rapid growth track which leads to doubling our global sales resources within the next twelve months.

You'll be part of the sales operations team and be an important character in making our sales teams successful. In your role as a Trainer, you are responsible for setting up a training program from scratch in cooperation with our product and sales teams. Take the opportunity to engage with sales members across the globe to shape how we onboard, train, and enable teams of highly gifted individuals.

How you’ll contribute...

  • Deliver all sales training and education programs across onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer to the sales teams on a global level to ensure the teams are confident and consistent with the company’s go-to-market positioning
  • Work with the product marketing team to create sales training assets (courses, exercises, tests, etc.) in multiple formats (online, video, etc.) on the complete range of solutions
  • Work with the product marketing team to ensure the content gets delivered with best-practice training methods
  • Work with internal and external resources to ensure the sales enablement program is delivering maximum value
  • Clearly represent and articulate the sales department’s training needs to various cross-functional teams
  • Communicate regularly with our sales teams and sales leaders to gain insight into sales’ needs and apply those insights to the development and refinement of education programs and courses
  • Be ahead of all new product releases and features on hardware and software products to identify the right subject matter experts for training

You are a great fit if …

  • You have a Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • You have a background in training, sales enablement, or similar with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • You possess very good project management skills
  • Preferably you have a start-up background or similar growth experience
  • You feel comfortable with hyper-growth and frequent role changes
  • You possess knowledge of the enterprise software or hardware market
  • You are a natural "people person" and are able to quickly build relationships
  • You are fluent in speaking and writing English, please note that this is a mandatory requirement
