Reporting to the VP Global Marketing, Sr. Manager of Digital Communications is responsible for implementing the ongoing development of the corporation & all product digital channels. This role will require in-depth technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively work with internal/external stakeholders to capture business requirements for all digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage creative and technical development process for all corporate and product digital channels
  • Set standards for design in conjunction with Marketing Communications
  • Create online presence that drives awareness and demand for ProGlove’s global vision
  • Develop digital infrastructure and MarTech stack to ensure superior performance and assess new technologies to determine fit for our needs
  • Perform customer journey analysis and browser compatibility assessments & testing
  • Develop sustainable programs to ensure rapid deployment of new strategies and demand gen programs
  • Coordinates digital functions, monitor digital activities, incorporates new technologies into the digital channels, and enhances existing channels
  • Build, Test, Launch, & Maintain digital applications, A/B testing, integrated digital channels (web, eMarketing, email marketing, customer database)
  • Work with Business Analyst(s) to gather digital metrics and report on trends
  • Consult with and assist departmental publishing staff in designing, developing, streamlining and maintaining digital presence globally
  • Provide excellent customer service to all levels of users and encourage timeliness and accuracy of digitally based information and resolution of problems
  • Document web development processes & best practices for our organization
  • Write and maintain HTML/ASP codes with lots of descriptive comment tags
  • Ensure website availability is approaching 99.99%; email deliverability should be comparable
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and company policies on digital site usage, security, and standards
  • Manage corporate website continuous improvement project and engage key stakeholders
  • Work with Marketing Communications to develop consistent customer journey across all channels

Job Requirements

  • University degree or college diploma in business or computer programming
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a web development role
  • Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales & development processes
  • Strong project management, problem-solving & analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including documentation
  • Solid business acumen, management, and marketing communication skill
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in print, branding, marketing and advertising
  • Experience with production and managing with vendors
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a driven, curious self-starter with stellar organization skills
